IGCSE SUBJECTS

The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) program offers courses recognized by universities and employers around the world. The program is designed to provide students with a quality education that emphasizes critical thinking, excellence, and academic rigor. IGCSE offers a flexible curriculum with over 70 subjects for students to choose from. Students need to study a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 14 subjects for IGCSE (some schools may have their own recommendations/maximum scores so be sure to check). The main subjects are English, Maths and Science. Students can choose other subjects from social sciences (mainly accounting, business studies, economics, and sociology) to arts and technology (mainly computer science, information and communications information technology (ICT), art and design).
